TL:DR- WeGo is doubling Walk Bike's QuickTicket rate and gave three weeks notice to come up with $20,000 in additional renewal fees. This program should be celebrated and replicated but instead, we're having to pause it. The WeGo Ride program can be great but the current structure is not sustainable

Even absent a gross decrease in price, it’s still valuable if we can slow the rise in the cost of housing to beneath the median rise in income, would still help make housing more affordable for people

we really need a better approach for getting more housing other than increasing FAR and height and keeping setbacks
