Yes, it has been a handicap for most of our previous campaign (we're now going through the Mad Mage's Dungeon) but this is the one scenario where I just enjoy it so much.

Sunday D&D was fun. Turns out after a certain point- a Monk's "Deflect Attacks" combined with Heavy Armor Master makes you essentially immune to damage from low CR enemies.

"The Bugbear hits you with his morningstar."

"How much damage does he do?"

"15."

"Sorry, you need to do at least 17."

No service worth a trillion dollars does it's damndest to shove its service for free into every program- unasked for and unneeded.

I personally never use it- I just tan. I need to be blasted fairly directly by the sun without moving for an hour to burn.

Others though? Pure laziness to even use the stuff *despite* burning. Or disbelief it helps because our sunscreen was really weak for a long time.

They're haters- pure and simple. It's ridiculously common for Republicans to say heinous shit and the moment you get them to actually think about it- the shame does kick in.

There were other games I've played but those two touched the monster-tamer in my heart.

Unfortunately, I don't think it's that.

I think a lot of people really enjoy that there's a group (or several) they're given freedom and even encouragement to hate and enjoy the suffering of.

Because they generally have no issue believing the rich screw them. This view isn't incompatible to them.

People need to stop worrying about teens/early 20s people learning about themselves (trans, they/them, anything else) and start worrying about vanilla middle-aged guys who want to buy sex from kids.
