We get seasonal allergies in March/April, Summer, and Fall... basically all year. 😭 I wanted to confirm my statement. We have the "unhealthy levels of pollution" and the highest asthma rates in CA, while being the poorest. Everyone seems to have or develop allergies.

So glad to hear. I have a migraine again but I think it’s from allergies. Everyone’s allergies are acting up where I live. I believe we have the highest allergy rates in California. Kids are constantly sneezing and have runny noses all year. 😢

Well, we are not enjoying great weather as usual. The highs are in the high 90’s but the humidity is in the high 70’s so it feels horrible. I can’t wait for the heat to end.
