Glass of cold brew coffee brewed on the Oracle Jet coffee machine.

Quick 'cold brew'.... on the Oracle Jet, and it's actually very surprising!
I'm not a big cold brew drinker (I'm only drinking this because I'm comparing with the 'cold brew' on the DeLonghi La Specialista Touch) but this took 90 secs, it's 18c without ice, 1.75% TDS, and it's very pleasant!

Scales are the Bookoo Themis. Ace little scales.

I'm getting it very soon. The first prototype looked ace, all metal toggle switches. They changed them for plastic though. Gaggia do occasionally make some odd choices. Mind you, I used to get my hair bleached, and once had a mullet, so pot calling kettle black 😆.

Yeah, dunno why they don't just use the same tank with the handle as with the Mara X & Bianca. Also I really wish they'd have given it an external OPV adjustment. Such a cool machine tho for the price, although they've just put the price up in the UK, only by £60, but still...

Did you put Almond or Soy milk in it by any chance? Just had a look and it seems it can sometimes ‘curdle’ and has a similar looking affect… if not, I’m not sure! 😬

I reckon it’s about time I reviewed the Lelit Victoria…
