AGU joins suit supporting fired federal employees
The case brought by federal employee unions and nonprofit organizations asserts that OPM’s directive to fire probationary employees at the National Science Foundation and other agencies was illegal.
Today the court heard evidence in the case AGU has joined arguing that the termination of probationary federal employees by OPM was illegal.
We are relieved that the judge granted an extension of the current order to reinstate some employees.
