I know this first hand. When I was a child, my entire community was branded as spies and sabateurs, justifying our internment inside barbed wire camps for years without due process, trial or charge.

Despite the failings with CD Projekt's games, they're amazingly fun, and the replay value is off the charts.

FromSoft did a great job creating difficult games with rewarding mechanics.

I was a Blizzard fan until they ran all their games into the ground.
I was a Bioware fan until they made all my choices in the Mass Effect trilogy just end as a different color.
I was a Riot fan until they exploited game balance to sell skins.
I STILL am a huge FromSoft and CD Projekt Red fan.
