In the last decade the movie with the strongest traditional joke construction in my view was Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping, which is why one of its directors went on to... huh.

And if you're talking about movies with good planned jokes it gets even rarer- Apatow and Adam McKay made very funny movies but there was a lot more improv in them and a lot less planned gag construction.
