I ended up buying the digital version right before 9 PM and played it for around 3 hours last night. I'm having some mixed feelings about physical versus digital lately. I've generally been a big proponent of physical, however, I've come to realize a few things lately that have me questioning that.

I'm not sure what it is, but I'm not loving Mario Kart World as much as I would have hoped for. I haven't really grasped the rail-riding yet. Also, I think it's because the courses are so wide for 24 players that I feel the controls aren't as tight as in Mario Kart 8. Can you get Purple turn boost?

Did you get anything for Switch 2 besides Mario Kart World? Yeah, I was actually playing through Link's Awakening around the time Echoes of Wisdom came out. I'm really curious to see the performance there because it was pretty bad on Switch. Pokémon Scarlet is another I'm looking forward to playing.

Almost an embarrassing number of Switch games that I still want to play through, including Xenoblade 2 and 3, Octopath 1 & 2, Zelda Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom. I also just bought Dragon Quest 3 HD-Remake and Romancing Saga 2 with the intent to play them on Switch 2.

So far, just Mario Kart World and the Bravely Default HD Remake. I've debated about picking up SF6, but I do own that already on PS5. I know some people joke that Switch 2 is only a Mario Kart machine right now, but I don't mind. I'm going to get the new DK game in a few weeks & have a huge backlog.

Walmart seemed to handle it best. Thankfully, I got a preorder from my local GameStop because my Target online order won't arrive until late next week. I'm going to sell it to one of my best friends who wanted one but didn't preorder.

The World's Collide earned nearly 500,000 viewers at its peak. Honest question, I wonder if that's more viewers than AAA has had in a long time. The event was super fun. The main event was incredible, although it felt like the crowd got tired. Mr. Iguana was a personal favorite of mine. #WWE #AAA

I just took out the opposing team in the final 15 seconds to lead my team to victory. I had to save and share this clip. Final total was around 1,500 points and 10 kills and we won by around 5%. #Splatoon
