We've had another lovely morning at the Root & Branch Community CafΓ© with the Bowes Museum. Talking about the wonderful JosΓ©phine Bowes, such a talented lady. We talked about stories and items from the past, whilst creating some fantastic paper purses, pictures and colleges.

I've been having a little play around making baskets from upcyceled fabrics. My first attempt is a little small, so I'm going to make my next one a little bigger. Using the sewing method this time, the first one was the crochet method. π§Άπͺ‘
