Sale was a success! Yahoo!

Preparing for a sale this week. It’s been a busy day.

I was right. Almost 6 pounds exactly! Made 1 1/2 recipes (14 cups) Roasted Salsa Verde.

This touched me deeply as my own daughter was hit by a car as a teen on her bike. I hope your “third” daughter heals quickly and well.

Hooked rug runner with 2 rows of 4 apples, alternating half and whole, cut vertically, on squares outlined in black. Apples green, pink, red, cream coloured. Whipped edge in yellow. Square backgrounds alternating mottled green, red, and pink.

Wallhanging containing alternative fibres and embellishments, such as driftwood and shells. Sand and sea. Whipped edge. Tan edge beside sand and teal edge beside the sea.

An oval primitive floor rug. Multicoloured small squares on point inside three concentric borders, with two floral groupings (padulas) on either long sides of the rug. Borders alternate black with variegated wool. Red, blue and purple flowers. Squares on point look like leftover scraps outlined in solid colours. A lot of plaids and checks in this rug.

Fundy Rug Hookers display. This was a much improved display from two years ago…the last time I was at the Exhibition.
