I must be getting good at breastfeeding because today I managed to do it whilst walking.
Needs must and that

All the baby stereotypes are true.
Put them in a cute, planned outfit and they will poo and pee all over it.
Needs to leave the house and they will want a big feed so you can't get ready and actually look like you're coping

It's so overwhelming, honestly a humbling experience to be sat in A&E sobbing whilst wearing an adult nappy, my boobs out and leaking, and ofc a doctor I used to work with was working

Being a mother is the most terrifying thing I've ever done. Honestly, I may not have lived a dare devil lifestyle but I've never been so terrified in my life.

Respect to Liverpool Police for announcing details about the car driver so quickly. So critical in this day and age, sadly.

So sad I've had to tell Stoffle's mumma that he needs to be rehomed asap. Whilst always temporary, one of the cats is peeing outside the litter box which is a stress response, and i can't deal with that and a newborn.

Ah ok cos that could be a reason for a lower HR, definitely get checked out by a doctor if you can, particularly if you can feel when your HR is low or you feel tired/breathless/weaker when it is

I get it's not their job, but dya know how many times I've done things that aren't technically my job or my problem as someone in healthcare??? Just to solve a problem or make someone's life easier.

GP receptionists strike again.
Half an hour late being called for my midwife appointment at the doctors surgery, asked the receptionist whose reply was they're not connected to the midwives.
Ok but can someone not just knock on their office door and ask????

Between the low iron, low platelets, hypertension turning pre eclampsia, the falling over then a car crash, I'm done. Let's get her out, gotta be safer than staying in. She's 36 weeks, she's ready enough!

The same day I fall over and cut both knees and my elbow. I did manage to protect my bump though
