I’m a customer of Washington Gas, in Arlington VA. Here’s a capture from the pertinent section of my August bill. Actually doubled the bill.

Don’t forget “climate adjustments,” which have been on my bill these last two summers because apparently when the gas company doesn’t make enough money we get to pay them some fines afterwards. So glad to have a public service commission looking out for me. I mean them.

The way you know cop shops aren’t serious about cleaning is that the school board will plop awful teachers that contracts stick them with in a room to do nothing all day rather than expose kids to them. But top cops will shrug and put corrupt cops back on the street if they win a union challenge.

They oh-so-helpfully email me when there’s new messages - not the actual message, because THEY get to decide if I am comfortable sending that info via email, not me - but when I go to the link and log in it doesn’t drop me right to that message or even the right kid.

The login pages are all some variation of ####-#.portal.domainname.com so they look the same there and have nothing that identifies the practice it’s for in the name, making it annoying even with a password safe.

It is an information/overload death of a thousand cuts and it’s also just insultingly sloppy.

Yeah but once they do that they can also pass a budget on a simple majority and that means they have to have consensus. I don’t think they’re prepared to deal with the repercussions of a budget they can get their whackadoodle wing to sign off on. Needing to placate Dems by saving programs is cover.

I’ve used Akina out in Sterling VA and they’ll just ship to you. Preston’s Pharmacy in North Arlington compounds as well but my experience of them is pretty meh for customer service.
