She’s just now becoming fit enough for this again. She’s still a bitch, but she’s a happy bitch who loves trails and hates boys. She’s my favorite.

Sometimes we sneak away and ride trails around a lake. Lexi is a surprisingly reliable trail horse. Well, not really surprising seeing as the moment we had 10 rides under our belt we spent all our hours on trail rides. Still, even though she hasn’t been out in 4 years she’s as solid as a rock.

My aunt’s house was right near where it first broke out. They had to evacuate in a huge rush. Thankfully they found out this morning that it’s still standing, which is a miracle because this fire is deadly

MY DAY HAS COME AGAIN! I use the same opening word until it’s finally the word of the day. It’s been 923 days of opening with my word since my last opener, RUSTY, was the wordle word. Today my long standing opener was the winner. I’m elated.

Like jfc I’m just trying to not feel weird about taking a picture and now I’m the bad guy for not also thinking about him, too, in this moment when he’s neither in the room, nor is it about him. I’m so over this. It’s like I have 3 children.

My husband is all pissed at me because I was trying to take a photo of myself to use as a weight loss photo. I didn’t want to just stand there myself so I was like, why don’t I take one with the kids so it’s less awkward. And he’s pissed at me because I didn’t call him from the other room.

I’ve been taking phentermine for 2 months, and it just kills your appetite so it’s way easier to eat the right amount instead of over eating. And, subsequently, my stomach has shrunk so now even when I don’t take it, I’m not as hungry and I get full quicker.

I’m officially down 24lbs since September. It’s been hard as hell and I don’t get to snack like I used to, but at least I’m seeing continuous results. 16 more to go until my “goal weight.”

There is FINALLY no significant rain on the forecast and I’m so damn excited. I hate winter, vehemently, and I’m ready for the sun to be out again.

One of my now retired horses had FWS for YEARS and omg, even here in CA winters it was horrendous. I can’t imagine it being freezing on top of it. Lefty is lucky to have you.
