Crime 101 was good, but it was missing that little something extra to kick it up a notch.

Ruffalo was excellent, and so was Halle Berry, but she needed another scene to really carry it home.

Definitely worth seeing. 7/10

Very disappointing that Women's Hockey Gold Medal Game is on USA Network tomorrow instead of NBC.

I dislike that the Tkachuks are the faces of US hockey. Really good players, but they're assholes. We can do better.

Both tournaments need one more elite team.

Sadly, that wouldn't even be the Russians anymore on the men's side. Saw a possible roster, and it was very meh outside of the goalies.

Mercy (2026) ⭐ 6.2 | Action, Crime, Drama 1h 39m | PG-13

Absolutely nothing I wanted to see this week, so decided to see how bad Mercy really was.

The core 20% of the movie (murder mystery/investigation) was surprisingly interesting. The other 80% was absolute garbage, with the first 10 minutes being walkout-worthy.

Shelter was excellent. Ignore the plot holes - go to see Statham destroy some dudes, and that's exactly what you get. There was even a little emotion from Statham, and his young co-star is fantastic.

Feels like RB & TE aren't part of the New England passing game plan today. Very odd decision. since that's been an essential part all season.

While I generally think it took until season 3/4 for American Dad! to really hit its stride, every rewatch reminds me that the first 2 seasons have way more classic eps that you would think.

The first Greenland movie was a surprisingly fun disaster movie. But Greenland 2: Migration? Yikes. The biggest disaster is the script. I can't fathom that someone read it and said "sure."

5/10, and that might be generous.

The core of Is This Thing On? (maybe 40% of the movie) is really good. Will Arnett is excellent. But every scene with a supporting character doesn't serve any purpose IMO, and the big cameo is a complete distraction.

Sadly, this is a 5/10.
