💡There is limited data on the types of foods ordered and consumed from online food delivery apps.

This study obtained consumption data in REAL-TIME and established:
- 46% orders were unhealthy foods such as burgers, pizza
- Nearly 40% orders driven by convenience

- Only 6 focused on health topics
- Most MOOCs are not designed with adolescents in mind
- Co-design, visual content, and interactive formats matter
- Evaluation is often limited to self-reported surveys
