Nativshark is absolutely the bomb and I cannot recommend it enough.
I have never known so much Japanese in my life.
It's so much better than Duolingo it's not even funny. The main reason being that Duolingo is terrible for languages that are very alien to the ones you already know.

Kids have been on a Spiderman craze lately so of course we just watched Across the Spider-Verse. Man that movie slaps.

Bonus - I now get to try and figure out which part of my setup couldn't quite handle the more visually intense scenes.

Minishoot' Adventure by SoulGame (of which only @severin-soulgame.bsky.social seems to be here) is a metroidvania but also a twin stick shooter. I've never run into that combination in the past, personally, and I assure you the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. A tight and enjoyable game.

Two games down through @fellowtraveller.games's "Hits You Missed Megabundle" and both were absolute bangers.

Shogun Showdown by @roboatino.bsky.social is a delightful rogue-like deck-building thing. The decks are very lean and each card (or rather, tile) really pulls its weight.

The secret to laser tag is twofold:
- Shoot everyone
- Be everywhere

I don't post much, which is why I hope you take me seriously when I come here during the witching hour to tell you that @mandragoragame.com's game really took me by surprise. I mean I knew it looked good but when I spun up the demo I was woefully unprepared for how much I'd enjoy it.
