I live around a lot or christian people and I just couldn't stop thinking about this. How the lies we tell ourselves and our children destroy our world. Lies so obvious but with people so deeply engrossed in belief that they are the truth. That they listen to anyone who claims to have seen "him"

Telling people their suffering has a "good" reason, that it will be rewarded and that "he" knows what he's doing is manipulative and wrong. Telling people life is a test for another life destroys their sense of logic, and it stops them from creating a better life for what we know actually exists

Religion is an inherently evil idea designed to control people by telling them sweet, overly perfect cute little lies that our universe is not total chaos and not complete entropy but that a being who thinks or looks like us governs it with a closely designed prophecy of some sort
