And now seated for final leg home. Yay.

First time I have flown anywhere in a while. BWI Long term parking, going through security… maybe I can get a bite to eat before boarding starts for SFO.

Think I will give Eero an F for utterly failing to recover from some power outages courtesy of PEPCO Friday and Saturday.

Useless bit of trivia: when a HomePod (Mini in this case) is playing something (like the ocean sleep sounds), it generates heat, about 4 degrees F. So if you’re also collecting temperature data from that sensor, keep this in mind. That is all.

Huh. T-Mobile seems to be doing everything they can to make one consider switching carriers with their fairly frequent price increases. Might have to look into Verizon again.

First time I managed to (standard dumb) Summon the Roci out of the garage without it aborting (true, took three tries), followed up by first auto parallel park in years. Yay.

Of course doing the right thing and going electric does require electricity. Power went out an hour ago. Good thing my whole house generator works although would look into battery solutions if I had to do that today.

That was thoughtful of Washington Gas to let folks know their gas bill may be higher when it’s colder. But I replaced my gas furnace with a heat pump two years ago. Overall I’m saving money, especially with my solar panels. No health and climate-impacting pollution either. Win, win.

Enough said. Except sometimes I am scared of … oh never mind.
