Crank up the Benny Hill theme song and let the belly laughs commence.

This entire hearing demonstrates how Bondi plays to her audience of one. Schiff is right: She came armed with canned attacks to avoid answering serious oversight questions.

Supreme Court Rejects Appeal From Ghislaine Maxwell
It would’ve been surprising if they had agreed to hear the case. It presents no novel issues of fact or law & the conviction is clearly due to be affirmed. Trump can pardon her, but she’s not entitled to any legal relief. www.nytimes.com/2025/10/06/u...

Column: Does Donald Trump really think he can run for president again in 2028?
The president has said he's "not joking" about the possibility of a third term. The Constitution begs to differ.
‘At this point, the Constitution seems less a constraint than a mere sticking point for Trump as he smashmouths his way past anything that impedes his heart’s desires.’

Judge temporarily blocks use of National Guard in Portland
The ruling is a setback for the Trump administration as it seeks to use military troops in some Democratic-run cities.
The judge, a Trump appointee, wrote: ‘Because the President is federalizing the Oregon National Guard absent constitutional authority, his actions undermine the sovereign interest of Oregon as protected by the Tenth Amendment’
