Haha, it's wizardry! I had one of my adrenal glands removed (plus big growth on it) via keyhole surgery and I still can't believe they did it all through 3 small holes plus one slightly bigger one through which the offending gland (bagged up internally beforehand) was removed. Incredible stuff.
