No climate loopholes for landlords! Pass Intro 1180 to cut pollution and lower utility bills!

As the White House continues its relentless attacks on climate action, we urge Speaker Adams to stand up for NYC, pass Intro 1180, and invest in clean air and green, union jobs.

We must pass the Aland Etienne Safety and Security Act for stronger safety training, more benefits, and higher pay for the security workforce.

Our statement on @governor.ny.gov's Sustainable Future Program: We're encouraged to see funding for energy projects, green schools, and decarbonization work. But we must continue to invest in renewable energy and implement Cap & Invest to make polluters pay for climate solutions.

To kick off NYC Climate Week, hundreds gathered at Street Works Earth in Jackson Heights, Queens to build community, create art, explore how we can fight for climate justice. As co-designers, we helped put together a career fair to bring green jobs directly to the community!
