I’ve been blindly distracted & overwhelmed the last while & can see this reflected in my handwriting. I’m going to make a point of journaling and starting up yoga to find out if regular writing calms my mind (and my handwriting). I’m positive I’ll see the difference. :)

Just fyi Trump had a February call with Trudeau trying to tear up an 1800s border treaty and claim all the Great Lakes because he says the treaty isn’t legal.

And Moscow Times reports a new “Joint Arctic Minerals Project between US & Russia. That’s largely Canadian territory so that’s not great.

There’s a lot of good in people in America but their god of ruthless Capitalism created oppressive monsters with low min wage, big pharma, corrupt insurers, for profit prisons, for profit education that costs as much as a mortgage, and lack of medicare. It’s pretty bad. People aren’t first.

We've sensed it for years but with a smiling face in a suit at the podium doing the marketing, it distracts from all the damage & oppression they've caused. Superpower gone bad.

We can't yet sever all links because our economies and worse: Intelligence are still so entwined. All this while Trump tries to collapse our economy to force annexation of the North in the project tag team of Trump & Putin.

He will start wars and some of my people will die. This is a given.

What's more distressing is to hear a CBC journalist repeat the theory that I also hold, which is she believes Russia will make a fake attack threat to Canada's North, and the US will swoop in to save us on the condition of giving up land, oil and precious minerals.
