Most “security pain” is identity debt.

CalderCloud’s starter model:

Users (clear types) → Groups (access) → Roles (admin power).

Exceptions must be owned + reviewed. Requests shouldn’t live in DMs.

“Foundations later” usually means “stress forever”

– Does sign-in look like you and feel legit?

Honest “no” answers are a gift, not shame.
