Ditto. Suspect they ask us to turn it off, and if we don’t, they will disable our iCloud accounts.

It isn’t just photos btw. Includes device backups, iMessage backups, notes, iCloud files, reminders, voice memos, bookmarks and more.
Also, end to end encryption protects data from more than just the NCA with a warrant.
If nobody used it, then why the need for Apple to stop it being used in the UK?

It would appear if you don’t turn it off. They will likely just suspend your account. 😔

I came here to say the same thing. I’m interested in how they turn it off when it’s already enabled. Because if they can why not just do it on a per account basis when required.
