My friend got this add while looking at an article for election results

So during first period at school, we went outside to pick up trash in specific sections of our school yard for earth day and i found so many cigarette butts in the parking lot. I once picked a handful of 28 cigarettes in a matter of a minute.

Is it normal that on the first day where i stay home due to a fever starting to get worse, i nearly collapse when coming back from the bathroom at 4am and have to stay in bed for a while, but on the second day, i literally do one grocery trip to get stuff for supper while still having a fever?
