Within 1 minute of beginning my run this afternoon, was almost hit by a car who decided to mount the pavement to pass parked cars and oncoming traffic 🙃

I had to deconstruct it and tackle it in it's component parts. Very tasty though 😅

Tonight's rain starting right at commute time.... of course 🙃

Went out for a run before remembering it was bin day, which resulted in me racing the bin lorry up the hill to get my bin out on time 🫠

On reflection, that 6-7pm meeting was a violation of my human rights

Scheduling a post-lunch seminar in a room with no natural light is just a recipe for the perfect napping conditions, had to fight to stay awake during that one 😴

To dry things out, running kit been for a spin and drain in the washing machine and shoes sitting in front of the oven while dinner cooks 😅

I'm dripping, and not in the good way

Was lazy this morning and didn't run so I brought my running things to work and no coat, effectively forcing myself to run home in the rain

Looking at the rain actually approach on the radar, I'm beginning to have regrets... 😬
