Today feel like it's going to be a difficult day. I always feel unsettled in this season of the year.

For my money, it's not the beginning and it's not the end. It's that silent bit in the middle where you're focussed, you're in the moment and you're getting your aim in, before you move onto the next step of your working. It's one absolutely tiny moment in a much greater complex of actions.
