i love visiting this garden because it has a pump you can pump to make water come up from a well and flow down a water wheel that spins when the water comes and down some pipes into a big bucket. activities that make me feel like an enterprising toddler or a victorian waif

i love these guys because they come out from behind a little island and SWISH SWISH SWISH their heads back and forth catching little fish and if there are two of them then they want to be in the same area so they clash beaks indignantly
