Biden did NOT do that for many key things. His child tax credit cut child poverty in half but were allowed to expire. He didn’t pressure the Dem Senators from his own state to vote for $15 minimum wage. ETC. And it’s actually hard to undo highly popular policies. See: Medicare and Social Security.

This may have been true, but then explain why working or middle-class people don’t feel like the economy is working for them? Is it because they’re “cherry-picking” costs (which like, what other metric does the average person have?) They felt squeezed then and they feel squeezed now.

$20/hour is "really high" according to HuffPost. That's an annual PRE-TAX income of $41,600 working full-time. That's barely enough to nowhere near enough to survive depending on where you live. I don't think people in the politico/media sphere have any clue how regular people live.
