It is wonderful to see people out in the streets, thank you to them! Generally I am irritated at how few they are though. Tens of millions voted against Trump, where are they? Even demonstrations with 20k people are comparably small, given the population size and the scale of the threat.

Yes. There has to be due evidence for the ICC to issue a warrant. And it is due proceeding to use the word „allegedly“ before a trial has taken place.

Also look up Bucha massacre. Similar has happened in many villages. Of course, one could say: these where the Ukrainians OR these were actors (both versions that were distributed through the Russian media). In the end it boils down to how much you trust journalists and international institutions

How exactly does the abduction of around 20000 Ukrainian children to Russia fit with your convictions? Why are Russian soldiers continuously looting and raping in Ukraine? These are all well-documented crimes (see the ICC). Sorry, the evidence is clear. Siding with Russia is wrong here

Yes. I agree that there is a lack of perspective, which cannot be made up solely by listening to different voices along the western political spectrum.

There is a rich media landscape in Europe. Not what I would call an echo chamber exactly. The point is to gain a higher degree of independence from the US in every respect - and that includes the media. I don’t fully agree with it, but the idea is understandable.
