Can we stop with the Giant Jenga game? So many better outdoor games to be played

04.08.2025 21:03 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0If you go to eBay and search for Nikes, but use the filter for Manufactured before 2020 (and I usually do pre-owned without box or pre-owned with imperfection) you can get some decent shoes for less than $80. At least the two pairs I bought have been solid (so far)
04.08.2025 21:02 — 👍 2 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0Am I the only #SFGiants fan who thinks they should remove the name on the back of the home jersey? I miss the old one with just the number
04.08.2025 20:57 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 2 📌 0This is so stupid. Out of anyone on the roster Rogers has to be one of the last guys I would trade. Come on man
30.07.2025 20:53 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0Happy Gilmore 2 review from someone who considers Billy Madison and Happy Gilmore to be all-time classics: My expectations were very low and I still feel let down. Just not very funny or clever
30.07.2025 04:03 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0If I told you a movie was coming out starring Matthew McConaughey, Adrien Brody, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Christopher Lloyd, Danny Glover and Tony Danza you’d probably assume it was the next piece of Christopher Nolan Oscar bait, when in reality it’s just the Angels in the Outfield 2: Pop Fly High
22.07.2025 03:24 — 👍 2 🔁 1 💬 0 📌 0Should…should this be the Home Run Derby format?
16.07.2025 03:53 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0ABS is so stupid. Nobody wants that strike three call on Arozarena
16.07.2025 03:28 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0You know how in the CFL they have the goal posts at the front of the end zone, which can be an obstacle for players? What if they just did the goal posts like this
13.07.2025 03:15 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0This is the Willy Adames that Buster Posey signed. Have a night kid
12.07.2025 03:48 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0That was not a great path to the plate there by Lee. Made it very easy for Smith to tag him
12.07.2025 03:20 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0Jeff Skinner is a Shark! $3 million for one year is a great deal that gets the Sharks comfortably above the cap floor. San Jose has their top 9 winger. Less spots for young guys to earn this year.
11.07.2025 19:24 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0And it adds money to the books so yeah
11.07.2025 03:29 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0You can’t get me to care about the Reaves deal. It’s a guy who was going to get waived for a guy who will try to punch guys in the face for 17 games and then retire
11.07.2025 03:29 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0-Bailey has as many home runs hit over the wall this year (1) as home runs that stayed in the yard (1)
- his OPS is now over .550 (improvement!)
Inside Patrick Bailey’s inside the park dinger:
- The first catcher in 99 years to hit a walk-off ITPHR
- The ball went 414 feet and hit the top of the wall in right-center, the deepest part of the park. It’s a home run in every park except for Oracle. Except for this time.
The Rangers are ripping uncontested shots from the blue line off the rush. Ahhh the 90s
09.07.2025 04:48 — 👍 2 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0NHL Network is showing a 1993 Penguins Rangers game so I turned it on… the Pens are beating the Rangers 10-3 in the third period and the Garden crowd just gave Mario Lemieux a standing ovation after he scored his fifth goal of the game
09.07.2025 04:48 — 👍 2 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0Patty Barrels!!!!! What a finish at Oracle Park. This teams got some magic
09.07.2025 04:35 — 👍 4 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0Quentin Musty is an alpha out there obviously. Mattias Havelid had some nice plays. Carson Wetsch very notable. Brandon Svoboda with some nice plays.
Wang looked very raw out there. Wingers could easily get him around him on the outside. It’s clear he has some good skill tho.
Sam Dickinson: looked like he was playing beer league at times, jumping into the play, going around guys. A man among boys.
Other notes: Misa I would have liked to be more noticeable, was trying a lot of dangles that didn’t work.
My top performers at Sharks prospect scrimmage:
Eric Pohlkamp: Hat Trick aside, he looked incredible. Controlled the game with the puck on his stick.
Joey Muldowney: Unreal vision from one of the smallest kids on the ice. Was making incredible passes.
With Ned in there at backup goalie around $2 mil, the Sharks still need to spend about $5 mil to get to the floor. Curious to see how they get it done with every spot virtually filled (Thompson, Bordeleau and Gushchin qualified signings pending)
