Every time I start to have a positive outlook or try to do something with my life I get reminded of how shit everything is and I give up. I'm fucking pathetic

I can't be anything other than happy and suppourtive or everything goes to shit. I snapped at my sister over something small. I really shouldn't have. But man it felt good to be angry.

I am slowly coming to the realisation that I have spent half of my life being a mother to my siblings. I have no life other than looking after them and their mental wellbeing. Don't get me wrong, I love them. But I fucking hate that I have to basically be a live in therapist/tutor for them.

I made my sister join Pikmin bloom so I could get the rewards for inviting someone haha

On god we gonna break the horrible binge restrict cycle I've been stuck in for 3 years. And we're gonna do this by not freaking out every time I eat a little too much because that just triggers a binge.

I kinda fucked up and overate yesterday but I'm gonna not let that get me down

Lol I haven't done anything productive today other than working out, bathing and eating

Now that I've been forcing myself to exercise, it's kinda giving me a reality check on how out of shape I am. Damn

I swear to god that I'm gonna finish this year as the skinny stylish woman I thought I was gonna be in my 20s

The issue with the date resolution is that men on dating apps make me genuinely wonder if I am attracted to men. That and I am terrified of the idea of dating a woman because of some things I haven't fully unpacked yet lol

My main new years resolutions are:
- Lose weight (obviously lol)
- Save money
- Actually learn to play the guitar
- Stick to a skincare routine
- Go to the doctor for my mysterious neverending period
- Maybe go on a few dates 👀

I had to take my younger sisters out yesterday to cheer them up because my dad fucked up again. Ate way too much junk food, but they seem a bit happier so I don't entirely mind.

Sometimes I daydream about running away to another city to do an illustration degree but then I remember that I failed first year of uni twice so I wouldn't get any funding.

Even if I did I would probably get depressed again and fail.

But hey at least it's distracting me from eating lol
