I need your help. I'm training for the London marathon having never run more than about 5km and I need to be held accountable, so if you don't see me post at least one run every 3 days please call me out 😁 Plan is to increase distance steadily up to around 25-30km.

It's outstayed it's welcome now. I need to get my training back on schedule.

2024 was a blast! I finally graduated, travelled to amazing places and cured my insomnia.. In 2025 im running the London marathon to support care leavers (adding a link for sponsors in the coming days), more travelling and learning to drive. Don't make resolutions, set goals 💪

I thought I'd done alright this year avoiding injuries whilst clocking up lots of miles walking and playing footy twice a week. However, I seem to have injured my ankle today due to overly aggressive foot tapping whilst watching four in a bed. Is this middle age?

Was discussing this yesterday as I heard it compared to The Royle Family which for me is levels above because it's hilarious. We love Gavin and Stacey but I agree it's not actually that funny, but it's very relatable and easy to invest in the likable characters.

They were still singing smile a while when we scored 😂

What a day that was! Whole family dancing in the front room at one point. Topped off by Gavin and Stacey which I think iv only just emotionally recovered from. Currently lining the stomach ahead of the pub then onto the football before round 2 at the mother in law's this evening 😊🎄
