Here's my entry for the MPO Orkvember 2025. I was hoping to spend more time on this but I had to rush to get it submitted. I think the gold is too yellow. All the leather is very rough and I didn't fix the axe on the black orc. Still, I think they look great as a group and I'm happy with the faces.

I'm back home and managed to get some painting done yesterday. Not really sure about the bracelet, maybe I should make it leather and only the spikes metal.

They're the same picture? I often make a digital paintover when I want to try out something fast. In this case, the painting is almost done, but I want to try some final touches. I added more light to the bandana and teeth, and more specular highlights on the face. Also tidied up the earring and ear

Here's the painted head, converted from a 40K ork. You can see why I felt I needed bigger eyes: I wouldn't have where to put all that detail on the original sculpt.

While many models are too far gone (space marines clearly), I have a bunch of stuff in my collection I would like to try my hand at.

This ork head wasn't a great challenge by any stretch. It was only the bullet earring that had to go. I made the eyes bigger so I could paint them better.

For 38 long years, 40K hobbyists have sullied our precious fantasy models with their guns, powerpacks and powerswords. I say it's about time we pick up our hobby knives and fight back! Joking aside, there are a lot of cool fantasy to 40K conversions that people are doing, but not so much the reverse

WIP! There's many things left to do: cloth, skin, straps. Also add ground reflections and tidy up what I have. The chainmail sculpting isn't great. I need to paint it better.

Empire in flames! The red-face goblins have come down from their caves in the World's Edge Mountains to raid the quiet village of Nachtdorf. Bg painted in Krita. I used the Bucegi mountains, which I can see from my window, as reference.
