Another PSA. Before you send a 4th email in all caps to the customer support email, check your spam. They probably already emailed you back. Maybe even multiple times.

Today I came in to a message from someone saying I never replied when I did reply the same day and then actually followed up the next day with a new subject line hoping to get around their spam filter, because I hadn't heard back from them.

I am begging. If you are waiting for a reply from customer support, please check your spam folder before accusing them of ignoring you. I get at least one person a day saying they never got helped when I responded within 20 min (and CS is not my only responsibility so 20 min is pretty good.)

After hearing Eilish Poe's story about how she was stabbed nearly to death and tried to use Google home and Alexa to call 911 because she couldn't get to her phone, I think making people pay a subscription to be able to call 911 from these assistant devices is actually really shitty.
