Roasted chicken thighs over zaโatar rice pilaf, navy beans, kale & carrots. Chopped culantro (different from cilantro) & scallions to top.
Made this yesterday. Marinade thighs in yoghurt, spice paste (garlic, ginger, lemongrass, black pepper, sumac, coriander, cardamom, Baharat, salt) & navy beans, kale & carrot.
