Trans servicemembers who have served 19 years will lose their pensions and healthcare.

This is obscene. They served our country, and will be kicked to the side like trash.

Post: Freddy Mercury died of AIDS 33 years ago today. With modern medical technology, he likely would have lived. Never forget how much progress against major infectious disease has been made in a short time. We are at risk now of rolling back much of that progress.

We joke, but as Professor Vladeck has pointed out, this is a serious effort to intimidate any criticisms of rightwing judicial decisions. It’s funny when done to a tenured full professor at a private school. Not so funny when directed at people whose livelihoods are at stake.
