Feels like my dissociative disorder is ruining my life lately. I’m constantly terrified I’m gonna fuck everything up and not even be aware of it. Why do I feel more distressed but this than ever when I’m finally safe? I’m finally out of that house, away from my mum, and now I’m losing it?

We’re currently in trauma therapy and working on communication & processing, making some good progress but still a long way to go ❤️‍🩹

The first signs I’ve noticed for myself are also facial flushing as well as back pain/stiffness. If I stop as soon as I notice that I can usually avoid a crash. I just need to get better at actually listening to my body :/

I know :( thank you for the reminder. I was doing a bit better for a while but my baseline has lowered again after having COVID recently, I’m struggling to accept it and adjust

I think the most difficult part of ME/CFS for me is getting sick from mental exertion. I played OneShot for ~3 hours today and now I’m sick, sore throat, my body aches, insomnia stronger than my meds :( sighs. I just wanna enjoy things again
