Yep, that's what my wife uses. I used to be a fishing guide and on one of my salmon seasons she would make pecan pie for our dessert. She got so many compliments, most were on the crust.

My friend developed his allergies in his 50's. From the storie he told of his first reaction, I would only eat clams and oysters while sitting in the hospital parking lot. When he got to the hospital he was so swollen he was having major breathing issues.

So sorry, I love shellfish. I have a friend who's allergic. When we fish for strugeon, one of the baits is a non edible ghost shrimp. Due to his allergy I had to bait his hooks.

I can't imagine being told "no more". I now live in the land of razor clams and dungeness crab.

Haven't eaten Manhattan since I moved to Oregon in 1977.
