I totally get that. Just reading that email was very upsetting. Like, “I thought I put this to bed!”😂

I had printed it out, probably to help me get it in my head, to respond better. Explaining shit was what I did all day at work, so it was exhausting to then have to do it with my very stubborn Dad.

It was kind of a constant battle to be understood. I found out in 2023 that I have Auditory Processing Disorder, which has profoundly shaped my whole life. And I am pretty sure my Dad had it, too. So the two of us trying to communicate was, uh, problematic.😂 And we both could be very impatient, too.

I was looking for some old medical records, and saw an email from my Dad from 2004, where he was upset with me, mostly over a misunderstanding.

He was a good man, but he had a Full Moon Mars-opp Saturn Grand Cross, which often made seeing other perspectives hard for him, & frustrating for others...

When I quit drinking in May 2019, I also consciously decided to stop
thinking so much about the past (which is a real issue for us Sun-♋️ folk).

But Jupiter on my Sun is making me look back. It‘s kind of jarring, but a fresh look at old stuff deepens understanding—though it can be a painful process.

On a positive note…(I know I’ve been grumpy lately), the fast went well yesterday. I just had a little juice with my Kava (because it tastes horrific without it), and a bit of honey with my chamomile tea.

Other than that, no food from about midnight Friday to 6:30PM Saturday. Easier than I thought.

💗Thank you. Yeah. It was kinda ridiculous. I am usually good at getting relief from a bad dream by requesting that I get a “good” one before waking again. Then I’d fall asleep and go back to the exact same dumb dream. It began to feel like torture. Not violent or scary dreams, just incredibly dumb.😂

While in Toronto, I saw a person in a motorized wheelchair using the bike lane, driving around the same speeds as the manual bikes.

All I can say is that's awesome, and shows how adding bike lanes can work for people in wheelchairs too.

Right? So many kinds. For me, Malate has been a godsend. I literally keep a stock of it, because I don’t ever want to run out.
