Very interesting observations. Have seen very little of what's next for food from an Indian insider perspective which makes this all the more astute. Really looking forward to a burgeoning local cacao industry, and health tech. Indian grown vanilla is something else I am seeing a buzz around.

Okay so here’s what I think will be really go big as food trends in 2025 (India relevant)

- protein in all forms. So many protein focused companies have come into the game now and it’s taking off in a big way.
