I've put a bowl of large mandarins on my desk to trick my brain!

I've been just using one at a time to fidget with, throw it up, squeeze, etc. until i just open it up and have some fruit! So far it's been working.

Anyone else got silly little tricks like this?

STENOGRAPHY PRACTICE! It's been going great! I've been keeping up daily as a routine to do half an hour of steno practice (Lapwing theory!) and i've been making good progress! It helps a lot to have friends encourage me and demand me to stream my practice xD

if you really need to most phones can get rid of those buttons and have gestures instead. There's a setting for that. But yeah that is kinda sucky if that happens xD Good update discord.
