What a treat it is to be surrounded by the Fronteer Open 2025! We're absolutely delighted by the vast range of fantastic work by artists around the UK. It's a real celebration of art and artists, and it's a joy coming in to work! 🎨

Today is the first day of The Fronteer Open 2025! We're open until 4pm so why not come say hello and immerse yourself in over 80 works of art created by artists across the UK? And you even get to vote for your favourite work.

Today was a busy but highly satisfying day here at Fronteer HQ, as we installed The Fronteer Open 2025, and what a fantastic exhibition it is! Full of vibrancy, energy, joy & the very best the UK art scene has to offer. We can't wait to open our doors on Saturday! 🥂

For the Fronteer Open 2025 we are thrilled to welcome Ruth Heaton as our guest judge. Ruth will help decide the winner of the Fronteer Open 2025 Judge's Choice Award, alongside Fronteer's Michael and Sharon.

Today is 5 years since we got the keys to Fronteer Gallery!

We were in our initial space for 2 years, before we moved to our current venue at Orchard Square.

We'd like to thank all our fantastic artists and visitors over the last 5 years, and here's to many more! 🥂🎨

We have been installing our 'Miniatures' show over the last few days. It's looking fantastic! Such a diverse array of ideas, styles and disciplines, each wrapped up in a small but beautiful package! The exhibition features over 25 artists from across the UK.

It's been a tale of 2 workshops at Fronteer Gallery this weekend as we have welcomed Sylvia Causer's watercolour drop-in workshop and Michael Borkowsky's perfume making session. They both went down a storm and were looking forward to doing them both again! 🎨🎨🎨
