Great choice of Jim Rutkowski as Premier David Ebyβs chief-of-staff. Brings a wealth of experience in leaderβs offices in BC and Alberta. I served with him when he was Carole Jamesβs COS back around 2009. Heβs got a good approach and is a consensus builder.
