Yes yes yes. It’s maddening to see us continually refuse to think meaningfully further for our downtowns than commuters driving in to offices. Every time I’m in downtown Saint Paul I think about how much I could love living there if we made just a few changes to give me half an excuse.

Embarrassing how the media is completely ignoring this. There's likely over 200,000 trans people on ACA plans (1% of 24 million)
