The “exams” homeboy took at Walter Reed was the MoCA (Montreal Cognitive Assessment), and it’s not a a test you decide to take. MoCA is only administered to those for whom dementia or other cognitive impairment is suspected. My money is on vascular dementia as the diagnosis, and that ain’t good.
