You'll want to ensure appropriately wide bands for both the thighs and the small of the back depending on the bottom and how long they are intending to be in the tie. A lot of people have issues with too much focused pressure at the back of the thigh. Wide behind the back is also nice to have.

Then I keep going back and forth, through the inside of the cuff each time until I run out of rope. Any single column will work for the first thigh. I like quick release bowlines when doing ties that may need quick escapes.

If I were tying this on someone else there is no way they'd be able to sit up at this angle. Even though I was sort of upright, the band across the back did force me back down not long after.
