Finally finished my playthrough of Final Fantasy 3! The job system was pretty cool, would love to replay sometime with a different team makeup. Probably my favourite of the first 3.

But now it’s time to start FF4! Been looking forward to this! First of the SNES ones!

I remember in the unity projects, after having to nuke the library folder it would take 40min to open up for the first time. I’d just go for a walk to get a coffee lol. Something Godot really seems to shine at is opening up without awful friction. Unreal is hit or miss depending but I get it lol

Exciting! I’m sure the showcase will go great. Must be nice to have the goals checked off instead of rushing to the end lol

I'll always be impressed with how good and powerful Excel is as a piece of software and how terrible almost every other Microsoft product has become over the years. (Glares at Outlook)

Finished reading Jurassic Park for the first time. Great book,
Ian Malcolm's rants near the end feels super relevant today in its messaging. With the rise of vibe coding, gen-AI, etc, untrained skills and power sold like a Saturday night special.

Sadly, we don't at least get dinosaurs.
