I've heard a lot of that in the housing sector. The to-ing and fro-ing on section 21 and EPC minimums has left a lot of people unwilling to commit until there are definite dates in law. I spoke to taxi drivers who had similar in relation to the CAZ. I'm with you on this - uncertainty is bad!

Yes - we do rather need the Green Energy Revolution we were promised. Is it also about parts/maintenance etc? There seems to be a skills shortage in most of the sectors that are needed to revitalise the economy, I suspect this is no different

I suspect until the cost of the alternative comes down to something in the hundreds rather than tens of thousands of pounds it feels discriminatory to remove the option
