Another tip is pacing - try to go at the same pace whether you are going up or down hill or on the flat. I had 5 months off last year after surgery - getting back was horrible but, ultimately worth it.

This gyle 3038 Temptation has a drink by date of 31.07.2025 so I'm drinking it tonight. To me one of the truly great Imperial stouts especially when aged and cellared, as I have done with this.
